| Yes. We won't take your new site live until you tell us to flip the switch. |

| How long will it take for my new website to go live? |
| You may take as little or as much time as you'd like to add content to your beautiful off-the-shelf custom website. Personalize your site with your listings, homepage intro photos, your bio and contact info. Add optional blog posts at your convenience. |

| What will you need from me to get my agent website going? |
| All we will need from you is a copy of your logo (if you have one). Our art department will optimize your logo to display beautifully on your website. If you don't have one and would like one, let us know and we will create one for you at a very competitive price. |

| What will happen to my email? |
| You will have many options to handle your email. We can run it through Between Doors' servers, or you may keep your emails running through your domain name registry. It's up to you. |

| Can I switch color themes at any time? |
| Yes. You may change your color theme of your agent and property websites at your whim. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
| You may cancel your agent site monthly fees at any time - there are no long-term contracts with Between Doors. |

| Do I supply my own photography for my property websites? |
| Yes, you will upload photos from your own source - whether it be from your own camera or a professional photographer - to your Between Doors control panel. |

| How long will my Property Websites stay live? |
| Your Property Websites will be live on the net for a year. You may decide to take the site down before then with a click of the mouse, and if you'd like it to be up longer you would just need to pay the 9.99 domain name renewal fee for the next year. |
